It would be very helpful to have a visual indicator (like a small dot/label), that lets you know a lead has successfully been unsubscribed / added the the blocklist. I would want to be able to see this in the OneBox and also on the Campaign > Leads page. Example use cases: this would quickly confirm that the "keywords in reply" blocklist feature is working. without some confirmation that it is working, I feel like I need to check the blocklist and search for the email, which is slower than just selecting the lead and clicking 'add to blocklist', so it is not beneficial since it takes me longer to check that the automation is working. if you need to remove some leads from an active campaign, seeing a visual indicator that they are now confirmed on the blocklist and it is safe to unpause the campaign would be very helpful. when checking the Onebox, I sometimes waste time adding a lead to the blocklist multiple times because I've forgotten if I did it already.

On the Settings > Preferences page, when we toggle the "AI Automations" for tagging interest status on or off, it updates for every workspace. What we'd like to do is have it toggled on for some workspaces and toggled off for others to accommodate different client preferences and zapier integrations that are based on interest status. When we change the setting in one workspace, it updates to the setting for all workspaces.

This feature can help with the sequence cadence and optimise delivery. Have an option in the campaign settings to stop sending to contacts who did not open any email by the 3rd one sent. This will give priority to the contacts who are reading the emails.

Add the ability to slowly increase cold email sending over time like the warmup. I had to do it manually. I find it works much better that after warmup for 2 to 3 weeks just slamming out an extra 25 emails a day, this is now starting to get people in trouble, so i find slowly increasing my cold email by 5 per week helps.

Would have been better if a "follow up reminder" is added in OneBox.

Instantly has account analytics, not just campaign analytics. This is very useful to troubleshoot deliverability issues with a particular account.

ReachInbox doesn't allow you to create a custom tracking domain other than TRK.domain.com . Other platforms allow you to use any name, such as RITRACKER.domain.com . Please allow for this functionality as well.
