It would create a better user experience if the left hand menu was dynamic to match the permissions granted to Users that are set up with Custom Permissions. For example, if the user only has permissions for the Campaigns and OneBox pages, then only those icons should be visible. Currently, if a user has custom permissions and some pages have permissions turned off, the icon is still there and clickable, and when clicked it shows a very large lock icon and says "Permission Required" "You don't have permission to view this page. Contact your administrator for access." I am creating custom permissions users for clients so they can login and see certain pages, but do not want to create a negative experience where they see a big lock and think something is being hidden from them, when in reality, I just don't want them viewing options i'm not offering (lead finder, website visitors) or getting confused by having too much info and misinterpreting things (like on the email accounts page)

On the Settings > Preferences page, when we toggle the "AI Automations" for tagging interest status on or off, it updates for every workspace. What we'd like to do is have it toggled on for some workspaces and toggled off for others to accommodate different client preferences and zapier integrations that are based on interest status. When we change the setting in one workspace, it updates to the setting for all workspaces.

Intent section is a deal breaker for me. I need to target my audience better by specifying the intent of audience.

User Stories: As a sales representative, I want to enable a "One Contact Per Company" setting in my campaign settings So that I can ensure we approach organizations in a more considerate manner As a sales representative, I want the system to automatically select one contact per company when sending outreach emails So that I avoid reaching out to multiple people from the same organization simultaneously As a sales representative, I want the system to automatically move to the next contact from the same company if there's no response after the sequence ends So that I can try alternative contacts while maintaining a professional approach As a sales representative, I want to see the status of outreach attempts per company, including which contacts have been tried So that I can track the progress of my company-level outreach efforts

Why can I not assign email addresses to workspaces except from my main "My Workspace" that has all my email addresses? Why must I sift through 50 email addresses to find 3 to assign to a new workspace when they are already in one workspace and I could easily select them and move them to another from there? Maybe you should create a "not assigned" list of email addresses, so we can easily find new ones, and assign them appropriately. Or create a filter in "My Workspace" that allows us to do that. Only the "owner" can assign email addresses to workspaces from "My Workspace" but as the only user on my account, this current setup is particularly frustrating. You could also consider having accounts able to be set as "admin" that can assign email accounts to any workspace from any workspace so it's easier to do so. And the ability for admins to set other login accounts as "user', or whatever, who can do other things but not move those around and maybe be able to set their other privileges from inside the admin account. Anyways, please change this. It is super annoying.

Hi, I would like to suggest a feature where the search field can be used to filter all entries that contain a specific string in fields such as name, email address, first name, etc. To simplify the process, it would be helpful to have an option to “select all” instead of manually selecting each entry one by one.
