Feature Requests

Use case is to have custom fields for email personalization outside of the default fields available -- and to add a few high quality leads a day that will add the lead to the campaigns on a schedule. Global custom fields or per Workspace would also be nice for use across campaigns.

Right now, there are only 2 options to set up webook triggers- For ALL campaigns, for a particular campaign. It'd be great to have a feature where I can setup the webhook trigger for a particular workspace (for a particular client)

Request to add "Meeting Booked" on the dropdown menu in settings->integration->webhooks->event type

The integration option for ReachInbox is only available in the main workspace. It should be accessible in all workspaces to allow seamless connections with other tools.

Would love the API to allow us to add the copy to our email sequences. Example: Campaign_id: step_1_sequence_variation_a_subject step_1_sequence_variation_a_body etc. Could add steps, variations, subject, body, etc. Thanks!

Would love the ability to respond to incoming emails via the onebox api as well, similarly to the way it works in the app.

The API and webhooks are great as far as I can tell. Could you add the Subject line too? The subject line a lot of the times includes things like "Automatic Repliy" or "OOO" which makes it super easy to filter out automatic replies. I can see there is the sent email body as well as the reply email body, but no subject line. I love how there is the sent body in the API response, I want to maybe start tracking them in a spreadsheet - so having the subject line would be great for that reason too.
