As it stands, if we upload a list without and forget a variable, we have to delete the entire list and start again. It would be good to be able to have an option where we can upload the list or just upload the list and cross-check for the new variable. Likewise, if we want to delete a list of leads based on a specific variable, I think we should be able to have that option to do so.
