It would be a good idea to allow any automatic replies and give them an option to whether or not to include them in the reply metrics. This way, we know who is replying to our campaigns at a glance. By counting automatic replies as replies, this is not accurate to cold emailing as it gives us false metrics that our campaigns are converting, when they are not. It would be great if you could look at this and implement a "Smartlead" style reply metric system as I know many cold emailers who prefer this style of reporting. They have a button in the Onebox that asks us if we want to count the reply or not. and then a resume button where it can automatically resume the rest of the campaign from a set day count in the future that we can determine. The reporting is super clear. with emails sent, actual replies received and positive replies received.

Instantly has implemente a new warmup mechanism, resulting in 10x deliverability improvement. I would expect Reachinbox to follow their lead.

I have noticed that in the past, after an email account was warmed up we just started sending 30 email in the campaign. I used to always get flagged for blacklist after that. I started a ramp-up sequence now and it works much better. After warmup, 3 to 4 weeks, I only send 5 email in a campaign per day for the first week, then I ramp it up to 10 per day for the next week, then 15 per day for the next, all the way up to 25 emails a day. Once I started doing this, I no longer was being blacklisted. I think it would be nice if you create a Campaign ramp-up that does this automatically for us.

Blacklisting reasons should show the reason as "not interested".

With the current state of deliverability, we need a "send provider matching" feature that would allow us to send to gmail accounts from gmail accounts and to Microsoft accounts from Microsoft accounts.

Move leads from "others" to Primary inbox I currently have 100+ leads stuck in others that should be in Primary. I can not move them to Primary, I can not mark them as interested, I can not see their info in right sidebar. please fix asap.

ReachInbox should create a filter that shows the leads who unsubscribed in the campaign leads section. Not just the global blocklist. It would be super useful for people using a CRM to just be able to manage the leads without going back to the blocklist and searching up every lead to check if they unsubscribed. If someone uploaded a list of 10,000 leads for a campaign, it wouldn't make sense to go back to the blocklist and go through all 10,000 emails to remove them. Creating an "Unsubscribe" filter would easily handle this issue. The "Completed Leads" is good, but adding an unsubscribe status would be even better.

It would be nice to have tags or labels for the email accounts for organization and better management.
