Better reply reporting

It would be a good idea to allow any automatic replies and give them an option to whether or not to include them in the reply metrics. This way, we know who is replying to our campaigns at a glance.
By counting automatic replies as replies, this is not accurate to cold emailing as it gives us false metrics that our campaigns are converting, when they are not.
It would be great if you could look at this and implement a "Smartlead" style reply metric system as I know many cold emailers who prefer this style of reporting. They have a button in the Onebox that asks us if we want to count the reply or not. and then a resume button where it can automatically resume the rest of the campaign from a set day count in the future that we can determine.
The reporting is super clear. with emails sent, actual replies received and positive replies received.

Don't count automatic replies towards reply rate
Lutz Kind
As of right now, automatic replies count towards the reply rate % in Analytics. This metric is not relevant, and diluting the metric. At least i would like to be able to toggle it off, to be able to see the real reply rate in percent.

100%. Only Reachinbox does that and we look shady in front of our client
