An interesting addition to the workflow would be if we could trigger webhook anytime I reply to a lead from Onebox. This way I can know whom to follow up with later on.

I would love to see a native integration with Breakcold (the AI-driven CRM and social selling tool). Both tools are excellent for outbound and multichannel engagement, and a direct integration would make it much easier to sync leads, outreach sequences, and engagement data between the two platforms. This would save time switching between systems and streamline workflows for teams using LinkedIn, email, and CRM automation together.

If you don't know, Zoho Flow is a Zapier alternative. It works great and is very cost-effective over Zapier.

ReachInbox doesn't allow you to create a custom tracking domain other than TRK.domain.com . Other platforms allow you to use any name, such as RITRACKER.domain.com . Please allow for this functionality as well.
