We’ve been integrating Reachinbox webhooks into our tracking/automation stack and noticed that webhook events seem to be delivered only for the first occurrence (first open, first click, first reply). After that, additional opens/clicks/replies don’t appear to be sent as new webhook events.

Suggestion / Feature idea

Would you consider adding an option for webhooks to send and log every occurrence of:

opened (each open)

clicked (each click)

replied (each reply)

This would be really helpful for more accurate engagement measurement (per contact and per link) and for building reliable automations based on frequency.
