Universal suppression / block list for multiple workspaces

There are some use cases where it would be ideal to have a universal block list that applies to all workspaces. For example, if a lead responds in a very negative way, I would potentially want to add them to the blocklist for all clients. Or if an email bounces, it would be helpful to be able to automatically add to a global / universal block list instead of just the blocklist for that individual client/workspace.
