This feature is really important for us and our clients. Without the ability to filter out negative replies in the Unibox, it becomes much harder for us to manage replies efficiently.
If this isn’t something that can be added soon, we may need to look at moving our setup elsewhere, as this functionality is essential to how we work and to meeting our clients’ needs.
We’d really appreciate this being prioritized, as it would make a big difference to our day-to-day workflow.
