Yes, it would be nice to trigger off of more than just the default statues. Like if I create a new status like "In Talks" I could use in the API or in the webhook to trigger off of that.

and will this allow a .webhook to run based on Lead Status being updated to "Meeting Book"

I see this is in progress... I noticed some data comes through and some doesnt? Can the webhook just send everything its has based on the event?
