Bug changes sent time in forwarding block

I believe I found a bug. The time an email was received is being changed when you forward an email. For example, say a lead replies at 7pm yesterday. You see the email and forward it to a client or colleague at 8am today. The sent time found in the forwarding block now says 8am today, as if the lead responded this morning instead of last night.
This can cause data discrepancies for when an interested lead was received and could cause issues with how quickly a client responds to a lead. (If they think it came in just a few minutes ago vs the previous night or over the weekend, they might respond less urgently or with the wrong context.)
I checked gmail to confirm that the time was actually changed on the email sent out. I then checked another interested lead email that I had forwarded. These leads are from different campaigns, different workspaces. *One campaign had Use Blockquotes enabled, the other campaign had it disabled.
