Hey Everyone
We actually released this feature last month - missed updating on this post as there was another request for the same feature! 
This can be access by heading to Settings-> Blocklist -> Keywords in Replies
You can set any keyword and if that keyword is detected in the subject/body they will be added to the blocklist automatically :)
