Hi team,
Please ensure that the CRM includes essential features that define its core functionality. Key features we need are:
Automation
– The ability to set up automated actions based on interactions. For example, if I email "Jack," what follow-up actions should occur? If he replies, take action A; if he doesn’t, take action B.Pipeline Overview
– A clear, easy-to-navigate view of the pipeline, allowing us to categorize leads into stages like "Cold Leads," "Hot Leads," "In Negotiation," etc.These are foundational CRM features, critical to its purpose. Without them, we lose the core benefits of a CRM. Additionally, as a professional company, using a CRM is essential for tracking outreach, recording notes, and managing client interactions effectively.
