Here's what we've been cooking the past week 🧑‍🍳
🧑🏻‍💻 New Features
Schedule Templates
You can now save campaign schedules as reusable templates. Easily apply these templates across multiple campaigns, saving valuable time and effort. Note: Templates are workspace-specific.
Preview Different Leads in Sequence
Sequence previews now support viewing different leads instead of just the first on your list. Refreshing the preview will show how variables perform across various leads before your campaign begins.
Warmups Now Using MIME
We've updated Warmups from HTML-only format to MIME, a standard that combines plain text and HTML formats. MIME provides a neutral and optimal solution, enhancing your long-term email deliverability.
Schedule Replies in Onebox
You can now schedule email replies for future delivery directly within Onebox. Respect your leads' local time and eliminate manual reminders. Please note: only one scheduled reply per email thread is allowed.
Unsubscribe Based on Trigger Words
Automatically unsubscribe leads using trigger words. For example, set keywords like "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" to quickly manage your subscription lists effectively.
New Filter for Untagged Email Accounts & Campaigns
Quickly identify email accounts and campaigns without assigned tags using our new filter option. Managing and assigning tags is now faster and simpler.
OneBox API for Email Replies
We’ve introduced a new API endpoint that allows users to reply to leads directly through the Onebox API, enhancing integration capabilities.
🎨 UI Enhancements
  • Warmup feature icon updated to a 🔥 fire icon for easier recognition.
  • Email providers now clearly displayed, with emails purchased via ReachInbox specifically highlighted.
  • Workspace names are now shown directly beneath email accounts, enhancing clarity. A similar improvement will soon apply to campaigns.
  • Improved visuals when users upgrade their plans.
  • The Rich Text Editor now has a fixed height, preventing the toolbar from shifting downward when typing long messages in sequences or Onebox replies.
  • A convenient Table of Contents was added on the Campaign Options page for quick navigation between sections.
  • While manually adding entries to blocklists, all entries can be separated by either space, enter or comma-> Space and all entries are turned into tag chips for a neater look overall.

  • Resolved an issue where AI Prompt Jobs continued to run after leads were deleted.
  • Fixed a bug preventing emails in the "Others" section from being archived.
