We’re excited to announce a range of new warmup features designed to make email warmups smarter, more human-like, and more tailored to your needs. These updates build on last year’s significant improvements, pushing email deliverability to the next level.
What’s New?
Daily Warmup Limits
Set a minimum and maximum limit for daily warmup emails. Warmups gradually increase until the max limit is reached, after which the system randomly selects the number of warmup emails sent each day within your set range. This randomization improves authenticity. For best results, we recommend setting the range between 10 and 20.
Business Warmup Category
Match warmup emails to your industry by selecting a category from our dropdown menu. This ensures warmup emails resemble the type of content you’ll send later.

Max Thread Count
Control the maximum number of emails in a single thread to simulate real conversations. Adjust this easily in settings; we recommend setting it to 2-3.
Time Delay Between Warmup Emails
Add natural delays between warmup emails by setting a minimum and maximum time. A random delay is selected within this range for every email, ensuring variability. These delays are automatically optimized based on your daily warmup limits.
