🚀 ReachInbox Release Notes – May 17th, 2025 (v2.5.2)
We’re excited to roll out the latest updates to ReachInbox! From a more powerful Onebox to a lot of bugs being squashed, here’s everything that’s new and improved - 
🌟 Major Updates
📬 Onebox Updates
Unread count by label 📩
You can now see the unread email count for each label (e.g. Interested, Not Interested) inside Onebox 
Awaiting reply filter and icon 🔍
A new filter and icon help you identify leads still awaiting a reply from you. You can further filter these by AI labels like "Interested" 
Campaign replies detection in Others tab ⚙️
Sometimes campaign replies land in the Others tab due to sender address or subject changes. We now use an algorithm to detect and surface these for review, allowing you to move them to Primary 
Add inbound leads from Others to campaigns 💡
You can now directly add inbound leads from your Others tab into a campaign or lead list 
Prioritize subsequence emails over new ones 🚀
Subsequence emails can now be prioritized to go out before emails to new leads 
Webhooks for replies are now more granular 📡
Webhooks now fire for each individual reply
 in a thread, giving your integrations more control and precision 
DMARC emails removed from Others tab 🧼
DMARC-related emails are now filtered out of the Others tab, keeping your inbox cleaner and more relevant

Connect new accounts from campaign view 🧲
You can now connect new email accounts directly while creating or editing a campaign — no need to switch screens 
Improved light mode experience 🌞
We’ve resolved inconsistencies and visual glitches in Light Mode for a more seamless interface 
Access workspace settings and billing anywhere 🔐
Admins can now view and manage workspace settings and billing from any workspace
, not just "My Workspace" 
Delete templates from anywhere 🗑️
You no longer need to go to Settings to delete templates — do it from wherever you are

Email export daily limit issue fixed 🛠️
Fixed a bug that incorrectly showed a daily limit of 1 when exporting email accounts 
Onebox icon unread count fixed 🧮
Resolved an issue where the unread count on the Onebox icon displayed incorrectly 
Onebox campaign/email exclusion bug resolved🧹
Fixed an issue where excluded accounts or campaigns sometimes still showed up in Onebox 
DNS record status bug squashed 🔄
Refreshing DNS status no longer incorrectly updates verification status 
Global analytics bug fixed 📊
Fixed a bug that caused Global Analytics to only show analytics for the first 50 campaigns in a workspace 
Move to Subsequences ➡️
For some users, move to subsequence did not work as intended → this has been resolved.
